Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AruraZ Inc.'s ("AruraZ", "we", "us") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

AruraZ provides artificial intelligence solutions including security analytics, business intelligence, custom AI models, and advisory services. Specific deliverables and service levels are defined in individual agreements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the integrity of our infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All AruraZ software, models, documentation, and brand materials remain the exclusive property of AruraZ. Customer data and customer-trained models remain the property of the customer.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information exchanged in the course of providing services, in accordance with executed confidentiality agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AruraZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
